Logan Paul tasered a dead rat on YouTube today, and PETA desires the video prohibited from the website.
The video, a back-to-business trick antic from the Jackass-like social networks comic, drew the ire of the animal rights group Tuesday night. When he shot an obviously dead body in Japan’s suicide forest for his YouTube funny channel, Paul was at the center of a global debate in January. Regardless of a sorry resurgence trip, Paul’s bold funny is back on.
“This sort of material has no put on YouTube or anywhere else, as it might desensitize youths to ruthlessness to animals,” PETA Senior Vice President Lisa Lange informed TMZ . “PETA is getting in touch with the platform to eliminate it.”
While one can see how harming even dead animals may motivate young minds, as Paul’s fans would keep in mind, the star should like (living) animals since he routinely includes his animal canine and parrot on his program and is plainly caring towards them. The vlog includes Paul noticeably troubled over the near-death of a fish in his coy pond.
“I’ve been taking the fattest Ls, brother,” Paul states upon discovering his passing away, swimming-sideways fish.
It’s all from a video where he challenges another YouTube star to eliminate his father.
For his part, Paul appears puzzled by the current flurry of tabloid attention.
